An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BEMS Coordinator to join a fast-growing and dynamic team within a well-established company operating in the BMS/Energy sector. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in coordinating project and maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to a valued client within a framework agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Tasks:
* Utilising Microsoft packages, Adobe Professional, and third-party systems.
* Assisting in projects from conception to completion.
* Engaging with project team members for effective collaboration.
* Coordinating projects ranging from £1k to £25k in value.
* Monitoring and managing project & maintenance activities, work allocation, and progress updates.
* Providing clear updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Composing reports, collating information, and solving problems efficiently.
* Maintaining and publishing information on internal Cura trackers.
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, and various stakeholders via email, phone, and TEAMS.
* Coordinating engineers on-site, ensuring they have necessary equipment and job sheets.
* Overseeing O&M documentation for external submission where required.
* Attending weekly team meetings and conference calls as needed.
* Site visits may be required for training purposes to enhance understanding of service delivery.
Health & Safety Management:
* Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety procedures.
* Producing Health & Safety Documentation, including RAMS and other required paperwork.
* Verifying that engineers and sub-contractors conduct site-specific risk assessments daily.

* Knowledge of BMS/metering systems is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of resolving complex issues with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
