Role Summary
Development, maintenance and effective implementation of the Plant Business Management System. Support the roll out of the Business Systems strategic improvement business plan.
Key Responsibilities
1. The maintenance and development of the companies quality and environmental management system documentation, including control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
2. Control and the distribution of all the companies quality and environmental system related documentation.
3. To support the development and implementation of new business systems, incorporating training, awareness, support and assessment.
4. Coordinate internal audits in-line with the company internal audit schedule.
5. Coordinate external audits (Re-certification, Customer, etc.)
6. Work with cross-functional teams to drive system & quality improvements through the business as required.
7. Support business initiatives to improve systems & quality/environmental awareness through all levels of the Organisation.
8. Work effectively within various business units both in house and externally so as to improve the effectiveness of the developing processes.
Key Qualifications
1. To be qualified to a minimum HNC level in a Quality related discipline.
2. Qualified as a minimum ISO14001 (Environmental) Lead Auditor.
3. Qualified as a minimum ISO9001 (Quality) Lead Auditor.
Knowledge and Education
1. A familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001 and preferably TS/IATF16949.
2. Proven background in maintaining and developing Quality Business Systems in a fast paced Manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledge of the approaches used to develop, PFMEA, Control plans & Standardised work documents.
4. Knowledge of Customer specific requirements.
5. An understanding of internal audits and the role they play within the business.

Must be able to work onsite from our Wolverhampton facility.
