What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher to join an experienced and dynamic senior leadership team that comprises of the Head Teacher, two Deputy Head Teachers and five Assistant Head Teachers.
We want to attract an enthusiastic, inspiring and adaptable leader who will complement this team. We are happy to consider applications from existing senior or middle leaders with a proven track record of success, who are committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of education.
The role will involve leading whole school projects, supporting the continued push for excellence and motivating others to excel in their roles.

The Minster School is a highly regarded, oversubscribed school, serving the local community of Southwell and surrounding villages. The school currently has 1650 students on roll including over 350 students in the sixth form and 40 students in the junior department.
