Job Title: Senior Security Investigator
Salary: £73,444 - £90,000 (depending on experience)

* 25 days annual leave

LSPP works in and with the business as a trusted advisor, helping manage risk through legal support, security services, and public affairs partnerships.
The Opportunity:
The Senior Security Investigator will be responsible for investigating complex and/or sensitive internal allegations of serious violations of policy, procedure, or law.
Job Role:
This position is recognized as an expert in the investigative field including due diligence, insider threat, trade secret protection, product diversion, espionage, sanctions violations, and internal security related matters such as theft.
What You Will Do:
* Collect investigative facts as directed by the Chief Legal Officer; analyze intelligence and forensic data within the scope of the investigation.
* Execute interviews and investigative strategies; seek legal collaboration and approvals as required.
* Ensure attorney-client privilege, confidentiality, and prompt collection of facts.
* Document facts objectively, concisely, and promptly to support legal analysis.
What You Will Have:
* Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis.
* Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data.
* Confidential Investigations: Knowledge of concepts and methods used in confidential investigations.
* Digital Forensic Tools: Knowledge of digital forensics and ability to utilize specific tools for collecting, analyzing, and presenting digital-related evidence.
Top Candidates:
Top candidates will be highly skilled in both law enforcement and corporate investigations, with a deep understanding of criminal law, trade sanctions, and customs regulations.
Additional Information: We operate a hybrid working week consisting of three days in the office and two from home.
