The Role: Working closely with a mix of service users including - young parents, those recovering from drug/alcohol problems, care leavers, people with learning difficulties, families at risk, people at risk of homelessness and vulnerable people to help them acquire essential life skills i.e. budgeting, cooking or accessing education/employment; supporting them to move into independence. As a support worker you will deliver keyworker sessions against agreed outcomes.
