Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to be located at our offices in Glasgow Prestwick, UK within the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, you will be responsible for maintaining Ryanair’s records management system for 3000 staff. The person will be responsible for ensuring the Training department: Maintain staff data for all engineering personnel Maintain training records for all staff and ensuring no expiries appear Monitor, track and communicate training due and expired through reporting with department managers Manage and maintain an annual training tracker for scheduling and enrolment Ensuring staff contracted by external companies are tracked and monitored Responsible for maintaining the helpdesk and ensuring all tickets are dealt with in a satisfactory manner All other duties where required by the management team Requirements We are looking for someone to join our team that has strong administrative experience. We want the successful candidate to be meticulous, have a keen eye to detail and provide new ideas to the training team Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required for this role. Previous experience in an administration role A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams Confident and proficient user of Microsoft Packages Must have a strong work ethic and show responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner Must be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to seek and find solutions and address them to the management team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must hold a valid UK/EU passport and happy to travel where the business requires.
