Requirements
* Quality and compliance management experience.
* Accountable for reviewing and updating high-level documentation and auditing current projects to define a gap analysis.
* Ensure correct record keeping, improvement opportunities with how digital systems are currently set up along with successful stakeholder engagement to co-chair weekly Quality Management Meetings with the Construction Director.
* Inspect and audit the quality of site installations with rigour and exactitude to drive the implementation of effective root-cause analysis and corrective improvement actions.
* Quality Plans developed to deliver each client's requirements.
* Work with the design team and specialist supply chain to ensure quality is always on the agenda and is driven into all aspects of the design and the project deliverables.
* Support the site teams with ensuring projects are handed over to the complete satisfaction of clients by implementing a proactive approach to managing snags and defects to achieve defect-free delivery.
* Customer care procedures and practical experience of the completion processes for project handover.
