Role
* The Firm is seeking to appoint an accomplished and experienced Solicitor to lead and grow their highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team.
* TheTeamprovides practical advice to companies, businesses and individuals on the best way of resolving a wide range of disputes andis highly driven, with plans and the commitment from the Firm to continue to develop.
* You will manage the team and lead its marketing and business development, with support from the members of the team and a dedicated business development and marketing team
* This role is an excellent opportunity for progression. The candidate will be well supported in developing their own caseload and career.
You
* Excellent technical knowledge with a proven track record of success and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.
* 8+ year PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor with proven experience in handling commercial dispute resolution work, together with experience of developing and leading a team.
* Committed to delivering exceptional client service, developing, and maintaining professional relationships
* The ability to deliver succinct high-quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills.
