Role Purpose Safecall is a leading B2B whistleblowing service provider dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced commercial team and help us drive our marketing efforts to new heights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to promote our products/services. Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and direct mail pieces. Analyse and segment customer data to target specific audiences effectively. Monitor, maintain and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to the Marketing Manager on a timely basis. Communicate and collaborate with management and the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Optimise the use of allocated marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in direct marketing. Liaise with PR and third-party media to ensure marketing objectives are met. Manage the creation of content, including video, social media and webinar events. Is this you? 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Executive. Hard worker with a proactive approach. Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Eager to learn and defaults to curiosity by nature. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Resides within commuting distance of Sunderland, but willing to travel and be away from home on occasion for 1-3 days. Essential Knowledge, Skills, Experience 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Executive, with relevant marketing qualification. Sees marketing as their vocation. Organised, detail-oriented and process-driven worker with a proactive approach. Valid driving licence. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Experience Proficiency in Spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, MS Forms, and Outlook. Preferable experience of working with: SEMrush (or other SEO monitoring platforms) Canva, LinkedIn, WordPress, Trello, Teams (or other communication platforms), Brevo (or other mass email tools), and HubSpot (or other multi-platform marketing tools). Internet research skills. Excellent admin and project management skills. Excellent written English and editing skills. Email marketing, social media marketing, and social media advertising.
