A new opportunity for an ambitious Regulatory Solicitor to undertake investigations on behalf of a regulator within the Healthcare sector. JOB REF: 8178.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake work in Health & Safety, Inquests, and Motor Crime.
2. Prepare cases, attend client conferences, take witness statements, and attend court instructing experts.
3. Work closely with an experienced Partner and supervise paralegals within the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Some experience of Health & Safety, Inquests, or Motor Crime matters is essential.
2. Passion for regulatory law and ability to work within a team environment.
3. Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets.
4. Outstanding communication skills.
