ABOUT THE ROLE
Were seeking an experiencedService Managerto oversee our Accommodation Services and Peer Mentoring Outreach Service. This is a chance to lead a team dedicated to supporting individuals facing homelessness, mental health issues, substance misuse, and challenges from the criminal justice system.
In this pivotal role, youll manage safe, stable accommodation services and peer mentoring programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered support for those with complex needs.
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility. Participation in the On-Call out of hours rota is also required.
