Horninglow Primary is a part of The de Ferrers Trust, a Multi Academy Trust based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire, consisting of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

The Candidate
We are seeking an experienced middle leader looking for a Senior Leadership Role in areas such as assessment, curriculum development, teaching and learning, or outdoor learning. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, strategic in driving school improvement, and an enthusiastic and creative teacher who can motivate and connect with children.
You will have the ambition and dedication to work as part of our team in developing the curriculum in line with current practices and research in effective teaching. You will support the promotion of excellent standards of learning, achievement, and behaviour through effective collaboration. Additionally, you should be highly organized, able to work on your initiative, and capable of coaching and leading staff in their development.
