Job Summary:
Customer Service Administrator (advertising title)
As Sales and Service Administrator within the Social Housing team, you will be working with customers, suppliers and colleagues to process incoming supplier data, resolving queries promptly and ensuring accurate up to date data is entered and maintained on our systems whilst delivering an excellent service.
You will establish strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners to manage part of our invoicing and queries process, with the ability to take ownership of invoice queries ensuring they are investigated and resolved promptly.
Ensuring that the day to day runs smoothly through organisation and prioritisation of your workload while owning ad-hoc queries and using problem solving skills.
As part of a small team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment so you will need to enjoy working as part of a group while also being able to take responsibility for your own workload, building relationships with internal teams and customers.
This role will be required to support our customer service teams as and when needed to assist in responding to inbound calls and emails during busy periods.
It’s important that you work well under pressure, and have a good attention to detail, as you will be raising orders for products and services.

Additional information:
The working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday between 7:55am and 5:25pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Once 3-month probation is passed, there will be a Saturday shift to cover on a rota basis (8am-12pm), which will be paid as overtime. There is also the opportunity for the role to be hybrid after successfully passing the probation period, this will be 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.
