A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join a Boutique Family office in the heart of Chelsea, as a Receptionist, acting as the face of the business and ensuring seamless front of house operations. This role is office based, in stunning offices, that are luxury in feel.
You will be polished, personable, a strong ambassador and pride yourself on your excellent communication skills. Discretion, warmth and professionalism is key for this role, as you will be the first point of contact for lots of high profile guests, including HNWI’s and VIP's.
Alongside meeting and greeting, you will also be responsible for overseeing meeting room schedules, setting up meeting rooms, and coordinating catering where required, to ensure every guest interaction is of the highest standard. General administrative support and overseeing the front of house area will also be part of your role. You'll be the glue of the office, providing invaluable support to the team and acting as a strong brand ambassador.
