IT Service Architect - Hosting & Virtualization (all genders welcome)
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operation and management of an internal cloud infrastructure based on VMware (by Broadcom) and Omnissa Horizon
* Integration and administration of SaaS solutions
* Administration of Windows servers
* Development and implementation of automation scripts with PowerShell, GIT, and Ansible to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
* Administration and optimization of FileCloud
* Ensuring compliance with ISO27001 standards
* Analyzing and resolving faults in the cloud and server area
* Carrying out smaller network tasks such as Kemp administration and firewall management
What you will bring
To become part of the ROSEN family, you possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Moreover, you should bring with you
* Completed training as an IT specialist, completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the areas of hosting, virtualization, and cloud management
* Sound knowledge in the administration of VMware and Omnissa Horizon environments
* Experience in the use of PowerShell, GIT, and Ansible for automation tasks
* Knowledge of implementing and maintaining ISO27001 compliance
* Experience in the administration of Windows servers and FileCloud
* Willingness to travel
* Confident appearance in customer contact as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German
