This role will focus on leading and improving the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring adherence to ISO, and 45001 standards while promoting operational excellence throughout the organization. Your Role: In this position, you will work closely with managers and staff to introduce preventative measures, uphold strong quality standards, and foster a culture of safety and ongoing improvement. Responsibilities: Quality Management & Compliance Maintain and improve the ISO, and 45001 certified Quality Management System (QMS). Manage internal and external audits, ensuring complete compliance with industry regulations. Develop, update, and oversee quality policies, procedures, and documentation. Incident & Problem Management Investigate accidents, incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformances. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes effectively. Monitor the impact of these actions to ensure lasting improvements. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Analyse quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior leadership. Collaboration & Culture Building Work closely with production, design, and management teams to align quality objectives. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality best practices. Serve as the main contact for customers and suppliers regarding quality matters. Continuous Improvement & Efficiency Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and boost efficiency. Promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the business. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Reduction in accidents and incidents Manager safety ratings Customer complaint levels Cost of quality Parts per million (PPM) defect rates Compliance with internal audits Article inspection performance Completion of corrective actions Maintenance of ISO certification Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience as a SHEQ Manager (or similar) in a manufacturing settingexperience in sheet metal fabrication is desirable. Strong knowledge of ISO, and 45001 standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with expertise in root cause analysis, FMEA, and SPC. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
