My client a well-established manufacturing company based in Blackburn. They are renowned in their field for excellent service and are looking for a dedicated Production Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation of orders and goods-in, ensuring all materials are documented and accounted for and delivering customer service. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment, it is important to our client that you can work under your own initiative and without supervision. Job Type: Full-time Pay- £25,000- £27,000 Schedule: 09:00-17:00 08:30- 16:30 Responsibilities: General administrative duties to support the workshop and technicians Accurately invoice customers for work provided Process orders and transactions using Sage 200 (training will be provided) Generate reports via excel for internal and external customers Responding to customer queries via telephone and email Ensuring a consistent flow of orders to the workshop manager to enable customer orders to be delivered to agreed time schedules.
