Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative digital products.
* Manage project timelines effectively to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Review and improve existing interfaces and websites, enhancing both UX and UI.
* Create compelling visual designs for web, mobile, and tablet-based applications.
* Convert wireframes into creative, original mock-ups.
* Maintain brand consistency while delivering visually appealing user experiences.
* Work closely with product teams to understand and meet project requirements.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to design emails, online ads, promotions, and other collateral as needed.
* Develop foundational design systems, including modules, components, and style guides.
* Demonstrate an understanding of both digital and physical customer experiences will be highly regarded.
* Experience in retail or branded spaces, where UX thinking can be applied to physical environments, is a significant plus.
2 Days Tues/Thurs working from the office/3 days working from home
