We are seeking hard-working and vibrant Bartenders to provide excellent customer service, high quality products and bring that spark to the Fridays family.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Our Bartenders are responsible for entertaining and engaging all bar guests, serving our cold beers, great wines, and making our delicious cocktails that Fridays’ is known for. There will also be times you are required to seat and serve food and drinks to our guests.

1. Promoting our loyalty program to our customers
2. Creating high-quality drinks that you will be proud of
3. Delivering high bar etiquette while serving the guest
4. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
5. Upsell and suggest sell
6. Following your steps of service
7. Customer-first Culture – Drop everything for our guest
8. Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
9. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
10. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
11. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
12. Support the team by running food and drinks to guests and clearing plates and drinks
13. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
14. Comply with all food and beverage regulations
15. Creating world-famous cocktails
What you need:
1. Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable however not essential
2. A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach in addition to excellent service standards
3. Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team
4. Eligibility to work in Australia
