Salary: Up to £43,000 / £20.67ph (subject to knowledge and experience) + overtime and call out rates
Potential Earnings: £46,000 (subject to knowledge and experience)

Due to our continuous growth, Corrigenda are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated electrical engineers to carry out a broad range of planned and reactive electrical tasks across Surrey and the surrounding regions. The work will be predominantly in commercial properties in the education, private & public sectors.
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
1. Carry out planned and fault diagnostic work to various lighting and power distribution systems
2. Working at height to carry out maintenance repairs on lights in halls, lobby areas and streetlights etc. (All necessary equipment / training will be provided)
3. Participation in the out of hours call out rota
4. Work flexible hours to suit business requirements
5. Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, other engineers, end users on site and the general public at all times
6. Ability to work effectively on your own or as part of a team to ensure we meet our client contract expectations
7. Collaborate with other engineers and site staff to arrange site access to required working areas
8. A flexible approach to supporting other resources as required
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
Essential:
1. A suitable City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification
2. NVQ Level 3 / AM2 in relevant Electrical discipline (or equivalent experience)
3. 18th Edition
4. Good written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
6. Ability to work well on your own or as part of a team
7. Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation
8. Full UK driving licence
9. Pass DBS / Police background checks for working in schools / Police stations
Desirable:
1. Test & Inspection Qualification
2. Experience in a similar role and working sectors
3. A basic knowledge and understanding of heating and ventilation controls would be an advantage
