Revenue Analyst
We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our amazing team at Hemel Support.
As part of Warner Hotels you will supporting our 16 UK properties that include beautiful country estates, castles and coastal villages. Our hotels offer short break holidays with fantastic food, contemporary dining spaces and leisure facilities along with evening entertainment and plenty of daytime actives. Our one great team supports ensuring that our Guests enjoy a seam-less fantastic experience every visit, every time.
What will I be doing?
As a Revenue Analyst you will be improving data and reporting efficiency, to maximise EBITDA by:
* Consistently delivering regular, accurate reporting in a fast paced, sales-oriented environment.
* Running key excel based processes vital to the day-to-day success of the Revenue Managers.
* Owning and developing complex excel based reports, dashboards and tools required by the business.
* Building and refreshing data visualisation reports (Excel/ Tableau/Snowflake/ other tools) to support senior management within both RM and across the wider business.
* Supporting the revenue management teams with input on pricing decisions at a very detailed level and ensuring these are delivered accurately.
* Representing the team within key commercial and operational team meetings across the business to ensure the RM strategy is delivered consistently.
* Working off own initiative to conduct analysis and feedback insights to the RM, Sales and Marketing teams.
What do we require from you?
The ideal person will have experience of providing reporting and analysis in a business environment and ideally have had some exposure to revenue management. You will combine a logical, analytical approach to your work with the ability to help others understand the insight and analysis produced. Attention to detail and an inquisitive mind will ensure that every detail is thought through when faced with a problem. You will be willing to challenge processes and have the ability to think outside of the box.
Key Skills required:
* Revenue Management exposure would be desirable but not essential.
* Strong numerical background.
* Strong Excel knowledge and analytical skills.
* Highly versatile approach, being able to flex and work effectively and build trust across a range of diverse teams to support change.
* Confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment based on logical, detailed analysis.
* Attention to detail, inquisitive mind and proactive approach.
