At Ripplevale School, we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and resilient Higher Level Teaching Assistant to assist teachers in the delivery of lessons to class or small groups throughout the school. To provide support for students’ welfare and all aspects of their social, emotional and communication outcomes as well as support their learning and cognition targets.
As an HLTA you will work both within lessons supporting students, but also lead 1:1 and small group sessions. If you are passionate about working with pupils with ASD, then this role is for you. The post is full time Monday to Friday 8.30 – 3.45, term time only, plus 70 inset hours which presently includes Tuesday early evening twilight sessions.
