About The Role As a Senior Installation Engineer, you’ll lead the installation of advanced fire and security systems, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest industry standards. In this role, you’ll also mentor junior engineers, oversee project execution, and contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence in installation services. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on with technical installations. Key Responsibilities Lead the installation of fire alarm systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems with precision and professionalism. Ensure all installations comply with current legislation, industry standards, and customer specifications. Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality work. Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver installations on time and within budget. Conduct on-site assessments to ensure proper system placement and optimal functionality. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, including site plans, system configurations, and client handovers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installations. What We Are Looking For Extensive experience in fire and security system installations, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms. Proven leadership skills, with experience supervising or mentoring engineers. In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations. Strong technical expertise, including knowledge of network-connected devices and system integration. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Full valid UK driving license.
