Role:Sales & Marketing Manager Contract: Permanent, full-time contract Location:Office based, 5 days per week, Belfast BT4 (No Hybrid working) Primarily based in Head Office, Belfast, BT4, however on occasion will have to go on site at Lets Go Hydro / Lets Go Padel so must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle Salary:£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience What we are offering: Staff training and development Great culture with staff fun days Free car parking on site Opportunities to progress within the company Job Summary: Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will work alongside the management team and will be responsible for the sales, events and marketing needs of Belfast International Water sports Ltd, including Lets Go Hydro & Lets Go Padel. Our target audience ranges from schools, youth groups, corporates, sports teams and birthdays or parties. The successful candidate will be responsible for seeking out customers and obtaining bookings for the 2025 season. The successful candidate will assist the team in creating packages for customers including both water and land-based activities and accommodation. The focus for the role will be maximising brand awareness, increasing revenue and footfall, and customer experience. What youll do You will have overall responsibility for the sales and marketing needs of Belfast International Watersports Ltd including: Launch New Season and promote/sell seasonal events Social Media management with a strong presence on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, with ability to oversee social media expansion ensuring adverts and organic reach for Lets Go Hydro Resort / Lets Go Padel Evidence of Strong skills and experience using TikTok Email Marketing / Mailchimp Promoting the company brand and acting as an ambassador for the business while focusing on selling and bringing in new customers Coordination of partnership with external media partners including television and radio companies Create and follow the annual Marketing plan and Calendar, updating as required, and compiling weekly/monthly e-marketing reports for GM and CEO Planning and distribution of all promotional literature You will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers who are planning a group activity day or residential trip Maximising sales and upselling packages Visiting customers at their organisations schools, youth halls etc. to discuss bookings Actively promote and market products to customers, focusing on packages for schools, youth and corporate bookings Answer booking enquiries and create bookings for large groups, schools and Birthday Parties Working closely with the operations team in updating them on group bookings and ensuring customers are well looked after through their customer journey Distribute promotional materials to potential new customers throughout NI and ROI to increase brand awareness Engage with customers to create interest and generate leads Working closely with the sales team in creating packages for customers including aquapark activities, land-based activities, spa and or accommodation Working closely with our restaurant and cafe supplier Respond to a high volume of presales and after sales emails This list is not exhaustive and will evolve and change depending on business needs To be considered for this position applicants MUST be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences: Previous experience in a leisure, fast paced hospitality, or outdoor adventure industry 2 years previous marketing experience with proven track record of positive impact on business Previous experience in sales Thorough knowledge of marketing processes, website management, search engine optimization, link-building and content development Solid understanding of the social media universe, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok Tracking and monitoring Facebook adverts and spend / Google adverts as and when required to the demands.
