As an Electrical Supervisor at HMP Woodhill, high - security prison, you will oversee the electrical maintenance team, ensuring both planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently.

Working closely with the prison service, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Duties of an Electrical Supervisor Include (but are not limited to):

* Supervising and coordinating the electrical team's workload
* Conducting staff appraisals and providing performance feedback
* Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
* Managing tool inventory and maintaining security procedures
* Leading fault-finding investigations and implementing solutions

The successful Electrical Supervisor should possess the following:

* C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
* BS7671 - 18th Edition qualification
* Minimum of five years' experience in electrical maintenance
* Experience working in commercial or industrial electrical systems
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
