You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing hire orders and booking in jobs, working closely with the sales and operations teams.
This role would suit someone from an Administrative / Customer Service background looking for a multifaceted role, with the opportunity for progression and long term stability.
The Role:
1. Processing customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
2. Supporting logistics through route planning and returns
3. Booking in jobs and processing orders
4. 8-5 Monday to Friday with an early finish Fridays
The Person:
1. Administrative / Customer Service background
2. Experience working for an Engineering company
