Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school office, including answering phones, handling emails, and managing the reception desk.
2. Assist with student admissions, maintain accurate student records, and update databases.
3. Support the senior leadership team with diary management, meeting coordination, and preparing documents.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring efficient communication with parents, staff, and external agencies.
5. Assist with school events, trips, and other activities by providing logistical and administrative support.
6. Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
7. Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in an educational setting is an advantage but not essential).
8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with school management systems is a plus.
11. A team player with a positive attitude and a professional approach to work.
12. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
