The main responsibilities of this role will be to coordinate all administrative functions to assist in the smooth running of the Academy. The principal accountabilities are as follows:
To be responsible for the management of the Academy office;
To be responsible for the Finance for the Academy;
To be responsible for the HR for the Academy;
To be responsible for the Health and Safety of the Academy;
To line lead the office staff and delegate work appropriately;
To provide PA/administrative support to the Principal.
