We are recognised for our innovative approach and commitment to delivering top-tier services nationwide. Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for maintenance services. This involves analysing both material and labour costs to support the bidding process, ensuring profitable contracts and re-tenders are secured. You will work closely with internal teams, including Business Development and Operations, as well as liaising with clients and suppliers. The role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for new contracts, contract variations, and re-tenders related to Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Assist with the creation of asset schedules and proposal documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate pricing. Conduct site surveys independently or alongside colleagues to ensure precise contract estimations. Secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Review and evaluate technical and commercial aspects of tenders, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. Support the handover of new or renewed contracts to the operations team. Provide excellent customer service by liaising directly with clients as needed. Key Attributes: Strong technical and commercial expertise. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
