We are looking for a motivated and committed Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) teacher for pupils with SEN to join our team at Drayton Green Primary School in Ealing.
We are an inclusive provision where children are fully integrated into the mainstream school and receive intensive therapy and support in class, in small groups, and 1:1.
As a teacher in the ARP, you will be expected to establish a caring and supportive relationship with the children and support them in making progress and developing their skills to be able to fully access the curriculum.
Ideally, you would be an experienced teacher with strong interpersonal skills who has worked with children with SE needs within an educational setting.
You should be a strong primary school practitioner with experience of working with children who have ASC, MLD, SpLD, and/or SEMH needs.
This post is not suitable for ECTs unless you have a strong background with proven experience in SEND.
