HELP DESK ADVISOR - FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Our client was established in 1994 and provides M&E Maintenance nationwide to the commercial & industrial sectors, plus specialist services in Retail and Water Hygiene 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The company now has strategic offices and Service Centres throughout the length & breadth of the UK and is committed to innovation in delivering FM.
This Facilities Maintenance company with locations nationwide are currently looking for a Help Desk Advisor to be based in Bristol for a busy FM division.
JOB PURPOSE
Responsibilities:
* Answering calls
* Logging Calls – Raising jobs on the internal system
* Allocating Reactive/Maintenance jobs
* Timesheets / Expenses.
You must have:
* Experience of working within a similar position
* Must be a team player
* Excellent computer skills and accuracy
* Experience of using Elogbooks – knowledge of this would be an advantage
* Knowledge of Facilities Maintenance would also be an advantage.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary - £25,000
