About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a supportive and inclusive SEMH provision catering to students from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4. The role involves: Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH. Providing a structured, nurturing, and safe learning environment. Supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development. Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour with a calm and consistent approach. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including TAs, therapists, and external agencies.
