Part-Time Customs Clerk (Maternity Cover) – Flexible Work Location
We’re looking for a Customs Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis for a 1-year contract to cover maternity leave. Potential to extend depending on business capacity. If you have experience in customs operations and are eager to work in a flexible environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Handling customs clearance processes, including arranging shipping line releases and deliveries.
* Using ASM Sequoia software to manage and streamline customs declarations.
* Ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and requirements.
* Communicating effectively with shipping lines and clients to coordinate logistics.
About You:
* Experience working with ASM Sequoia software is preferred.
* Familiarity with shipping and delivery processes, particularly arranging shipping line releases.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the working arrangement.
* Available to start early to mid-December.

Location: We offer flexibility with this role, allowing for fully remote, hybrid, or office-based work from our Southampton office, depending on the candidate's preference.
