To lead the management and growth of large national group venue accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships that deliver excellent customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. In addition, you’ll provide direction and support for the wider ‘Groups’ team handling small to medium-sized national clients. The role sits alongside the UK and Ireland Head of Account Management, Head of Sales, and Commercial Projects Lead, each reporting to the UKIE Country Manager. Primarily you'll take ownership of our highest value accounts. Specific responsibilities will include: National Account Management: Achieve revenue and growth targets through owning and developing partnerships with key enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact. Lead strategic account planning processes to align client needs with company objectives. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions that add value to enterprise accounts. Navigate complex account structures, managing relationships at both head office and local levels, including individual franchisees or regional vendors. Engage with stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers, to drive alignment and outcomes. Monitor and analyse performance data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and communicating recommendations to key accounts. Develop detailed forecasts and reports for leadership on account performance and market trends. Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable strategies for the management and growth within small and medium-sized national accounts. Support National Account Managers by providing tools, frameworks, and training to enhance client engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities, and use insights to refine strategies that allow Bridebook to maintain a competitive advantage. Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to shape offerings tailored to client needs. Contribute to broader company goals by aligning account strategies with organizational objectives, working closely with the Head of Account Management & the Head of Sales. Act as a mentor and advisor for national sales and account managers to ensure well-aligned and consistent team performance. Work with colleagues in different regions/markets to create a plan that builds awareness of the Global BB brand and delivers new global group partnerships We’re looking for someone who has: Strong leadership skills, with experience building key account strategies within SaaS organisations. Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and developing long-term partnerships. Experience in developing strategic account plans that leverage growth via cross-sells and upsells. Capable of managing the full sales lifecycle building new strategic partnerships from the ground up and onboarding new partners. Experience negotiating and closing contracts worth over £100k in annual recurring revenue. Built and nurtured long-term partnerships with C-suite or senior execs. Experience in presenting to stakeholder groups at industry events or conferences. Experience with CRM systems. Developed multi-year strategies for account growth, incorporating market trends and client-specific goals. Experience managing Key Account teams. Mentored or coached junior account managers or sales team members, contributing to their development. Experience in supporting Key Accounts across international locations.
