We are actively recruiting for a Sales Assistant to work on the trades counter for our client who is a plumbing and heating merchant based in Littleport. They are looking for someone with an understanding of the plumbing and heating sector.
This position is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, as well as 4 hours every other Saturday, for which you will receive TOIL. They would like someone to start as soon as possible.
Typical duties would include:
1. Supporting customers with any questions regarding the product range.
2. Ensuring overall cleanliness of the store to meet company standards.
3. Moving stock from the stores into the showrooms.
4. Booking out any tickets and ensuring orders are ready for collection.
The successful candidate should have:
* An understanding of plumbing and heating.
* Sales experience (desirable).
* Good customer service skills.
* Clear communication skills and organizational abilities.
