A Probate Solicitor is required to join an award-winning, multi-service Law Firm based in Watford on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Probate Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time permanent

Key Responsibilities of the Probate Solicitor:
* Provide a quality, tailored, and supportive legal service to a wide range of clients
* Prepare probate applications and manage the estate administration process
* Provide clear and accurate advice to clients, beneficiaries, executors, and financial institutions
* Manage own time effectively to achieve targets and display excellent file management skills
* Maintain own caseload, and obtain appropriate guidance from Senior Lawyers when required
* Complete legal documents and assist in the distribution of estate assets
* Identify and liaise with appropriate experts and Counsel
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Probate Solicitor:
* Previous experience working in probate, estate administration, or a similar legal environment
* Ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied and busy caseload
* Strong IT skills and proficiency using legal software
