Our client, The ACC Liverpool Group, operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool, and Exhibition Centre Liverpool – as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, they have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, including the Eurovision Song Contest last year and in 2024, they will be hosting Labour Party Conference, in addition to a packed programme of entertainment and business events.
They are looking for a FM coordinator to join their Operations and Venue Management team. In this role you would work closely with the Senior FM Manager and FM team in the day to day running of the FM operation, ensuring that the facility is fully compliant in all areas and the FM event delivery is to the expected standard.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
1. A high standard of literacy and numeracy.
2. Significant previous administration experience in a similar environment.
3. Demonstrable previous FM Coordination experience in a similar environment.
4. Significant Experience of using IT and the ability to use a variety of software packages.
5. Demonstrable understanding of the events industry.
6. Significant experience of working within a customer focused environment.
In addition to the above the candidate will hold or be willing to work towards the following:
7. IOSH Managing Safely
8. A BIFM or project management qualification
