We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commis Chefs and Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will play a crucial role in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes in our kitchen as well as being led by an experience and well respected Head Chef. Duties:
* Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
* Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
* Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
* You need to be able to reliably commute due to our remote location.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
