Training Administrator
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Fixed-term (9 months)
Job Overview
Reporting to the Training Manager, the position holder will support the L&D function by managing venue bookings for training courses, preparing course paperwork for trainers, sending out joining instructions to learners, recording exam results and gathering feedback.
The position holder will engage with key stakeholders and ensure documents produced and and training recorded in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
* Update skill codes in HCM for SIA Top Up training
* Produce skills reports as required
* Manage nominations for top up training, ensuring joining instructions are sent in a timely manner
* Create attendance lists & course paperwork for trainers
* Record results on the Qualsafe portal for SIA linked EFAW
* Monitor and respond to training in-box
* Respond to queries from learners
* Send evaluation forms to learners following courses
* Receive, monitor and evaluate feedback from learners, highlighting to Training Manager as necessary
Skills and Knowledge
Essential
* Ability to create and use spreadsheets
* Educated to CGSE standard or equivalent
* Exceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills, dealing with employees and managers
* A good understanding of GDPR in practice
Desirable
* Proficient in use of Google & Microsoft Suites
* Previous Training Admin experience
