Are you an experienced 2nd or 3rd Lind Support Engineer with an MSP background? This is an opportunity to join a small, quality driven business that offer training and support to their staff. You’ll need to have a customer service approach and the desire to help your colleagues. A collaborative team, the owner prefers you ask questions rather than suffer in silence. You will be one of highest escalation points and get stuck into projects. Occasionally, you will help mentor junior members of the team as the business continues to develop their staff. You are also encouraged to take new and up to date qualifications and will be given time in the week away from work to study. Skills: Setting up and supporting small and medium business networks including VLANs and Wifi. Supporting PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, 2012, 2016, 2019 and OSX). Installing business computer systems. Office 365 and Azure maintenance, installation, and migration. Supporting customer applications. Managing DNS and DHCP Network folder security and permission management It would be beneficial to have experience of these products: ConnectWise Products, AutotaskAEM, Webroot, Splashtop, Datto.
