About you: We are looking for someone who demonstrates a wealth of experience in legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation, preferably in a law firm, legal technology provider or technology consulting practice. You will present the experience of supporting and participating in successful technology projects and initiatives, from ideation to implementation and evaluation. You will also demonstrate a keen and enthusiastic interest in the role and impact of technology in the legal profession, and the ability to learn and share with various audiences, both internally and externally. To this role you will bring: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse and talented team of legal technology professionals. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, evaluate and implement innovative and effective technology solutions for the firm and its clients. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex and technical information in a clear and engaging manner. A highly collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders across different functions, levels, and locations. Qualifications/technical skills required: A bachelor's degree or higher in law, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. A solid and growing knowledge of a specific area of the legal technology landscape, such as e-discovery, knowledge management or data analytics, as well as the best practices and standards in the industry. Proficiency and experience in using and leveraging the Microsoft PowerPlatform with expertise in PowerApps and Power Automate being an advantage, as well as other relevant technologies, such as document automation, contract lifecycle management, artificial intelligence, e-discovery, knowledge management and data analytics.
