Package: £36,000 - £50,000 Basic + £4,000 Bonus
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable body shop offering an excellent work-life balance with no weekend work. This role is perfect for a professional with expertise in welded and bonded panels, looking for a supportive and high-performing team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Repair and replace welded and bonded panels to manufacturer standards.
Conduct panel alignment, filler work, and sealing.
Perform vehicle body repairs using industry-approved techniques and tools.
Ensure all work is completed within safety and quality guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience working with welded and bonded panels (mandatory).
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week).
No weekend work.
