Project Manager - London & Home Counties- £60,000 Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Project & Lifecycle Manager to be based across London & surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Building Services, Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Project Management. This position would be ideal for a Project Manager in a similar or position or an experienced Project Supervisor who is keen on progression and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering projects, managing supply chain and the scheduled programme of works. Hours of Work & Package Info Basic Salary of up to £60,000 25 days holiday Bank Holidays Performance related bonus Enrolment in company pension scheme Key duties & Responsibilities Plan and manage Projects Upgrades and Installations Carry out regular inspections of building systems Arrange specialist sub-contractors Ensure that both the Annual and 5 yearly Schedule of Programmed Maintenance are fully costed and produced in line with the contractual requirements. Ensure the CAFM system is setup correctly and in line with the above requirements Ensure all Projects and works are tendered to ensure value for money, and are managed through the appropriate contractual framework Ensure the Supply Chain is developed and managed in accordance with industry standards and are back-to-back with contractual requirements. Develop and oversee annual and future lifecycle programs Overall responsibility for taking major variations projects from conception through tendering and delivery to completion against time and budget. Liaising with all stakeholders, ensuring financials, contracts, quality, and governance are well managed throughout. Providing streamlined hand over and hand back to the operational teams, ensuring they are fully engaged at every stage. Manage all aspects of project delivery from planning to completion, working with the Operations Team to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring cost-effective procurement and compliance with all contractual terms. Conduct regular reviews to drive efficiencies and value for money Work in conjunction with the CAFM Manager to ensure that all facility data, including asset information and warranty details, are accurately maintained and regularly updated. Requirements Understanding of PFI/PPP contractual frameworks and obligations Proven experience (5 years) delivering hard FM services within a performance-driven regime, ideally in a healthcare setting.
