We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a team on an ongoing temporary basis. Duties will include- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing orders and maintaining accurate records. Provide support to the sales team by preparing reports and analysing sales data. Communicate with customers regarding their inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service. Utilise software tools, including Sage and Outlook, to streamline administrative processes. Assist in the coordination of sales meetings and events as required. Maintain an organised filing system for all sales-related documents. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Qualifications Proficient in IT with a strong understanding of computer literacy. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong command of English for clear communication, both written and verbal. Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Successful candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to join the business ASAP. Hours are 7.30am- 5pm - Monday- Friday- 1 hour lunch
