Due to some significant project wins and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to expand our modelling team with a new Hydraulic Modelling Discipline Lead role. A dual opportunity, the Discipline Lead role will be performed in conjunction with your position as a Principal Modeller.
To be successful as Hydraulic Modelling Discipline Lead, you will not only bring your technical expertise but also a passion for mentoring and development of staff. We have a team of dedicated, high-performing, experienced professionals who are excellent at what they do; we are looking for someone with those same qualities to lead them.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring workloads and resourcing are managed and utilised effectively.
* Technical development of hydraulic modelling team members.
* Coordinating the development and use of materials and tools to improve delivery efficiency.
* Contributing to hands-on technical project work.
* Being the key point of contact for our clients.
