Key responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the customer services function with a hands-on, proactive approach
* Handling any escalation of issues and complaints from customers
* Producing reports for senior management relating to sales and team activities
* Improve customer contact channels of telephone, email and live chat for a seamless customer experience
* Oversee and refine the customer returns process
* Train and develop staff
* Collaborate across internal departments to identify issues and provide solutions
* Overview the Planning function to identify efficiencies in costs and processes
* Lead regular meetings regarding the planned continuous improvement activities
