Processing Centre Administrator – Dingwall - Full-Time; 40 hours per week - £23,795.20 per annum.

Responsibilities:
* Reviewing CCTV images of cars parked in violation of local site rules.
* Validating Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s) including potential fines versus approved user and exemption lists.
* Undertaking check-ups of vehicle ownership through the DVLA.
* Creating and posting statutory notice letters to members of the public.
* Coordinating first line appeals and debt recovery to the point of being passed to a third-party stakeholder.
* Scanning inbound post from members of the public.
* Interpreting enabling legal code of practice.
* Managing complaints as the first line of contact.
* Ensuring the process to apply Discounts and Exemptions is working correctly.
* Monitoring payment status of Penalty Charge Notices.
* Completing Payment Management actions such as Refunds, Transaction Reversals, and Redress Payments.
* Utilising software programs such as Parkway and FGL.
What will you bring?

* Eagerness to acquire new knowledge of computer systems.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to change with minimum direction.
* Experience in the parking industry is desired but not essential.
