Key Responsibilities
* Translate business requirements into UI designs and user journeys.
* Create UX artifacts such as sketches, wireframes, customer journey maps, user flows, and prototypes (use of Figma is essential).
* Define visual styles and ensure alignment with design guidelines.
* Iterate designs based on feedback to produce production-ready products.
* Manage the full design process from discovery to deployment.
* Ensure digital journeys are on-brand, compliant, accessible, and optimized for all screens.
* Create and maintain in-house design systems.
* Stay informed on market, technological, industry trends, accessibility, and user research principles.
Candidate Profile
* Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
* Understanding of accessibility standards.
* Innovative team player with a positive attitude.
* Experience working in an agile environment with multidisciplinary teams.
* Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
* Proven track record of delivering UX/UI solutions that improve KPIs.
* Confident in managing stakeholder expectations.
* Experience with user research methods.
* Experience in a global environment is advantageous.
* Portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
