Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Base pay range
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
* Help create a CRM that is accurate, easy to use, automated where necessary, and supports a great customer experience
* Set up automated processes in Zoho CRM using the UI or Zoho’s own coding language Deluge
* Build and maintain tables, charts, and dashboards in Zoho Analytics
* Set up automated email campaigns in Zoho Campaigns
* Adapt existing CRM systems and processes as we expand into new countries and languages
* Help design and implement process improvements to speed up workflows and reduce errors
* Handle ad-hoc data requests and analysis
* Contribute to decisions about the structure of the data in the CRM
Qualifications:
* Experience working with data sets, for example in a CRM or database system
* Some coding experience (in any language), and an interest in learning SQL and Deluge (Zoho’s programming language)
* Experience improving processes or automating workflows, and a proactive approach to improving and fixing things
* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
* Comfortable working with different teams, understanding their needs, and explaining technical solutions in a clear, accessible way
* Experience with Zoho (or another CRM)
* Experience using SQL
* Experience in the education sector
* Experience with data visualization
This is a full-time position working remotely and in our London office. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages including 28 days holiday per year.
