We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our dedicated team specialising in standby power equipment installation, service, and repair. You will provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be the first point of contact for all calls and emails in D365
2. Manage bookings in D365, propose dates to customers, and coordinate with subcontractors
3. Review job reports, update work orders, and issue documentation to customers
4. Issue invoices, handle customer remittances, and manage aged debtors
5. Coordinate maintenance for company vehicles and routine office services
6. Conduct health and safety checks, fire alarm tests, and emergency readiness assessments
Person Requirements
1. Experience in a similar technical or field-service-based administrative role
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with D365 is a plus
